Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CricLive platform operated by CricLive Pvt. Ltd.. By accessing or using CricLive, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the platform.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the platform. By using the platform you confirm that you meet this requirement.

If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Some features require an account. You may register using your mobile number, which is verified via a one-time password (OTP). When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information.
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The platform may request the following device permissions to provide core functionality. Each permission is requested only when you use the relevant feature and can be revoked at any time through your device settings:

• Camera & Photo Library - to capture or select photos for your profile, team, match or tournament.
• Contacts - to help you add team players from your phone book. Contact data is used only within the app and is not stored on our servers.
• Location - to show cricket matches near you. Only city-level data is used.
• Notifications - to send live score updates, match reminders and important announcements.

Revoking a permission may limit certain features but will not affect your ability to use the rest of the platform.

You agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully. You are responsible for your conduct and any content you submit - including match scores, player profiles, team information and photos.

CricLive allows users to record and publish live cricket scores. By entering match data you confirm that:

• You have the authority to score the match on behalf of the players or organiser.
• The data you enter is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You will not manipulate scores to gain unfair advantage or misrepresent results.

CricLive Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for inaccurate, incomplete or fraudulent scores entered by users.

You retain ownership of content you submit - including team names, player profiles, match scores and photos. By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, store, display and distribute that content solely in connection with operating the platform.

You must not post anything that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing of third-party rights, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

All scores, statistics, commentary, text, graphics, logos and software on CricLive are owned by or licensed to CricLive Pvt. Ltd. and protected by intellectual-property laws.

Match data and statistics are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, copy, redistribute or commercially exploit the data without our written permission.

The CricLive name, logo and brand elements are trademarks of CricLive Pvt. Ltd.. You may not use them without prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

If you grant notification permission, we may send you push notifications for live score updates, match reminders and important announcements.

You can opt out at any time through your device settings. Disabling notifications will not affect your ability to use the platform.

The platform integrates third-party services including Firebase (Google) for analytics, crash reporting and push notifications. Your use of the platform is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these providers.

The platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any third-party site or service.

When using the platform, you agree NOT to:

• Use automated systems to scrape or overload our services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Reverse engineer, resell or commercially exploit any part of the platform.
• Use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Impersonate any person, entity or official scorer.
• Transmit spam, malware or any harmful code.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at info.criclive@gmail.com. Upon deletion, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

CricLive is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not warrant that scores, statistics or other data will always be complete, accurate, timely or uninterrupted.

You should not rely on the platform as the sole basis for any decision, including betting or wagering decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CricLive Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of - or inability to use - the platform.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform will be subject to that jurisdiction.
